This policy applies to all personal data we collect when you visit our site, subscribe to our newsletter, fill in contact forms or use any service offered through the platform.

- Identification data: first name, last name, RUT where applicable.
- Contact data: email address, phone number and city.
- Browsing data: IP address, device type, browser and pages visited.
- Basic financial data when you express interest in participating in a real estate project.
4. Purposes
- Handle your requests and communicate with you about real estate projects.
- Send you commercial communications about new projects in Chile, where you have granted consent.
- Comply with applicable Chilean law, in particular Law No. 19,628 on Privacy Protection and Law No. 21,521 (Fintech Act).
- Prevent fraud and guarantee the security of the platform.
5. Legal basis
We process your data based on your express consent, the performance of a contractual relationship and compliance with legal obligations applicable in the Republic of Chile.
