What it is

Real estate crowdfunding is a modern form of collective investment in construction and urban development projects. It consists of pooling capital with other people to participate in real estate projects that, individually, would be hard to reach.
Through a digital platform, many investors contribute funds that are allocated to a specific project. Once construction is completed and milestones are met, profits are distributed proportionally among all participants.
This model lets people with limited capital invest in large projects such as residential buildings, housing complexes or the renovation of existing properties — increasingly relevant in the context of Chile's urban development.
Crowdfunding opens up the real estate market and makes it more accessible. It is no longer the exclusive domain of large developers or investment funds: today, anyone who wishes to can take part.
How it works
You choose the project that interests you most, decide how much to invest, and follow construction progress through the platform. Once the project is finished, you receive your share of the profits.
01
Explore residential buildings in Santiago, Viña del Mar and Concepción with technical sheets, blueprints, permits and detailed financial projections.
02
Decide how much you want to allocate to the project, starting from accessible tickets. Diversify across several developments according to your risk profile.
03
Follow construction progress from the platform with monthly reports, on-site photos and milestone updates signed off by the technical inspection.
04
Once the units are sold or the payment schedule is fulfilled, profits are distributed proportionally to your participation.
Why Nexqanta
This is more than a trend — it is a new stage in the development of the real estate market. Crowdfunding opens doors to opportunities that used to be inaccessible to the everyday investor in Chile.
Our platforms offer total transparency: you will always know where your money is being invested, what stage the project is at and what the participation conditions are.
With real estate crowdfunding you can support projects that transform neighborhoods and cities, while earning returns from their successful execution.
We built this platform to make real estate investing easier and more accessible. Our mission is to expand access to the property market and give people more opportunities to make their own decisions.
