Any individual aged 18 or older holding a Chilean RUT or residing in Chile can register. We also accept legal entities incorporated in Chile.

What is the minimum investment amount?

The minimum varies by project, but in most cases it starts from CLP $200,000 per participation.

How are my funds protected?

Contributions are held in custody accounts at a regulated financial institution until the funding window closes. If the project does not reach its target, funds are returned.

When do I receive my returns?

Profits are distributed at the end of the project, usually between 18 and 36 months after kickoff, according to each construction schedule.

Is there a risk of loss?

Yes. All real estate investment involves risks related to timelines, costs and market conditions. We publish a risk analysis on each project sheet.
